XTROVERSO works with sole proprietors and B.V.s operating within the Dutch administrative and fiscal environment.
You do not need to determine the package yourself. Provide the essential information about the business and its current administration, and we will assess the appropriate next step.

Start with a clear intake request
Use the form to tell us what the business does, which legal form it uses, how the administration is currently maintained and which services you require.
The purpose is to obtain enough information to determine whether XTROVERSO is the appropriate provider and whether the request fits a standard package, requires preliminary onboarding work or should be assessed separately by Pavan Geraedts Adviseurs.
You do not need to provide the entire administration during the first contact.
What helps us respond accurately
You do not need to write a long message. A clear and factual summary is sufficient.
Please tell us:
- whether the business is a sole proprietor, V.O.F., B.V. or another legal form;
- what the business does and whether it operates within the Netherlands;
- how the administration is currently maintained and whether another provider is involved;
- whether payroll administration is required and approximately how many employees are involved;
- which services you require and whether a specific deadline applies;
- whether the existing administration is current, incomplete or awaiting transfer.
Do not send the complete administration through the initial contact form.
What happens after you submit the form
We review the information and assess whether the request fits the XTROVERSO service model.
The next step may be:
- a request for limited additional information;
- an intake appointment;
- a standard package proposal;
- a proposal including specific onboarding or correction work;
- referral to Pavan Geraedts Adviseurs for a separately defined professional matter;
- confirmation that another service provider would be more appropriate.
Where a package is proposed, the quotation identifies the included XTROVERSO services, the included Pavan Geraedts services, the applicable fees and the information required from the client.

XTROVERSO is an appropriate contact for:
- sole proprietors and ZZP professionals seeking recurring administration;
- B.V.s requiring business administration and quarterly reporting;
- employers requiring payroll administration;
- businesses moving their administration from another provider;
- clients requiring quarterly VAT review and filing;
- clients requiring a year-end balance, annual accounts or tax return;
- businesses whose existing administration must be assessed before the recurring service can begin.
Clients seeking specific fiscal, juridical or business advice may also use the form. Those matters are assessed and, where appropriate, assigned to Pavan Geraedts Adviseurs under a separately defined professional scope.
Existing clients should use the designated client environment for documents, payroll information and operational questions. This protects the continuity and traceability of the existing administration.
