Pricing
Starting commitments for company-control work, set after assessment.
XTROVERSO™ is priced as a company-control structure: records, tax obligations, payroll, document flow, reporting discipline, and the operating rhythm around them.
All pricing is excluding VAT. The minimum commitment is 12 months. There are no hourly rates, no separate consultancy line, and no hidden fees for services inside the agreed XTROVERSO™ scope.
How pricing works
You are not buying hours. You are committing to a clearer operating structure.
The fixed monthly fee starts from the relevant minimum and is set after assessing legal form, complexity, risk, operating exposure, payroll needs, and the market the company operates in.
Personal company forms such as ZZP and VOF start at € 250 + VAT per month. BV structures of any kind, including operational, investment, and service BVs, start at € 500 + VAT per month.
Both levels require a 12-month minimum commitment. This protects the operating rhythm: records, filings, checks, deadlines, evidence, and follow-up need continuity to work properly.
The agreed fixed monthly commitment covers all services inside the agreed XTROVERSO™ scope up to € 900,000 annual turnover. Above that threshold, a quarterly variable component applies.
Choose the level that matches your legal form and operating weight
The starting point is simple. Personal company forms begin at € 250 + VAT per month. BV structures begin at € 500 + VAT per month. The final fixed monthly fee depends on complexity, risk, exposure, and market context.
Personal Company Control
From € 250 + VAT / month
For ZZP and VOF structures:
- records and filings kept under control
- tax obligations kept visible and timely
- document flow and evidence discipline
- 12-month minimum commitment
This is the starting minimum for personal company forms. The final fixed monthly fee is confirmed after complexity, risk, exposure, and market assessment.
BV Company Control
From € 500 + VAT / month
For BV structures of any kind:
- operational BVs
- investment BVs
- service BVs
- 12-month minimum commitment
This is the starting minimum for BV companies. The final fixed monthly fee is confirmed after complexity, risk, exposure, and market assessment.
What is included in the pricing logic
Fixed monthly commitment
The agreed fixed monthly price covers all services inside the agreed XTROVERSO™ scope up to € 900,000 annual turnover. The fixed fee is set after assessing complexity, risk, operating exposure, and market context.
Turnover above € 900,000
Above € 900,000 annual turnover, a variable component of 1.5% of net turnover per quarter is added to the fixed monthly commitment.
No hourly billing
There are no hourly rates, no separate consultancy charge, and no hidden fees for the agreed XTROVERSO™ scope. Pricing is designed to be clear before work starts.
Payroll
Payroll is priced at € 50 + VAT per payroll processed, including contract handling and related employer administration.
How the turnover rule works
The € 250 and € 500 levels are starting minimums for companies up to € 900,000 annual turnover.
Once turnover is above that level, the company remains on its assessed fixed monthly commitment and adds 1.5% of net turnover per quarter.
This keeps the pricing connected to the real operating weight of the company while avoiding hourly billing.
What stays transparent
All prices are excluding VAT
Minimum commitment is 12 months
No hourly rates
No extra consultancy line
No hidden fees inside the agreed XTROVERSO™ scope
How to choose the right level
Start with the legal form, then assess complexity, risk, turnover, payroll, operating exposure, market context, and the amount of control the company needs.
If you operate as ZZP or VOF, the fixed monthly fee starts from € 250 + VAT per month, with a 12-month minimum commitment.
If you operate through a BV, whether operational, investment, or service, the fixed monthly fee starts from € 500 + VAT per month, with a 12-month minimum commitment.
If annual turnover is above € 900,000, the quarterly variable component applies on top of the assessed fixed commitment.
